This article explains the fields and settings found when updating a Meeting Profile in Meeting Mgmt. and editing Visitor Site Settings.

Explanation

Allow Visitor Access

Should visitor access be allowed, this provides access to the meeting for all users in eSCRIBE.

Visitor Details Expanded

Should item details be expanded by default in the Visitor Portal? Typically select “Yes”.

Visitor Features

Select which icons and read-only details should be made visible to the visitor. Options are Minutes, Resolutions, Tasks, Description, Sponsor and Comments. You can also change the display order using the dropdowns beside each feature.

Show Comments in Visitor View

Should visitors be allowed to enter private and group comments against agenda items?

Note: Group comments can be seen by all other users in the group, including non-voting participants and visitors (if enabled).

Attachments

Should visitors have the ability to view agenda attachments?
