Updating a Meeting Profile - Public Display Settings

This article explains the fields and settings found when updating a Meeting Profile in Meeting Mgmt. and editing Public Display Settings used configuring the Agenda View Display.

Field Explanation
Cast on Activate
  • With this setting turned on, when the administrator toggles the Active Item toggle on for an item in a meeting site, the item will automatically cast to the public display
  • This saves the administrator from having to click twice during a meeting
  • The administrator can still uncast the item without having to toggle the Active Item off
  • The default for this setting is to not be turned on
Graphical Vote Results Applicable to customers who have Graphical Vote Result enabled which displays vote results based on a seating arrangement.
Vote Result Display to Public

Setting used to determine when vote results will be displayed:

  • None
  • Real Time
  • After Close- Details
  • After Close - Results
Vote Result Timer

Once a vote closes, select amount of time for vote result to remain on the public display. Options are as follows:

  • No Timer
  • Instant
  • Various options ranging from 10 sec - 120 sec
Agenda Logo View Settings 
  • Allows admins to choose which logo will be used in the Logo View for the Public Display
  • Upload the logo you would like to use in the Logo section of the Picture/Logo area in Other in the main menu bar 
  • Logos will be pulled in from there and can be selected in the Agenda Logo View settings
  • Max width of 1500 pixels, saved for web, and optimized.
Agenda View Settings

 The logo selected from the list will appear on the Public Display. 

Additional optional settings:

  • Use Agenda Document Title - by selecting this checkmark, the title currently being displayed in the Agenda will appear as part of the display.
  • Show Date and Time  - by selecting this option, Date and Time will appear on one single line
  • Display Font Size:  Small, Medium or Large
  • Show Public Comments: if checked allows public comments to be displayed.
