This article explains the fields and settings found when updating a Meeting Profile in Meeting Management and editing Resolution Settings.

Default proceeding label |
This dropdown list sets the default label for decisions when Creating a New Decision. Choose from the following labels: · Resolution The label will be set for all Decisions in the meeting type, and can be changed per Decision. i.e. The Decision is a Recommendation first from Staff, which becomes the Motion, and then the Resolution. Note: Motion vote types allow you to create a secondary proceeding, where the other types do not. |

Resolution Process |
This dropdown list determines whether both a mover and seconder are required for resolutions. · Mover and Seconder: Both mover and seconder required for resolutions · Mover Only: Only the mover is required for resolutions · None: No mover or seconder are required for resolutions
If Mover only or None is selected, you will be able to optionally enter replacement text to use instead of a mover or seconder. IE, “It was duly moved and seconded” |

In Table Format |
If this option is selected, the mover and seconder will be aligned in a table in the Minutes document (mover and seconder’s names will be vertically aligned) |

Resolution Result Labels – Main resolutions and Secondary resolutions |
Text to display when a resolution/secondary resolution passes, ties, or is defeated. To provide other resolution result options, the "Other" field can be used, using a semi-colon to separate options: "Carried Unanimously; Referred". The "Other" result options can be selected from the result drop down for any resolution outcome. Multiple options can be added in the result field, separated by a semi-colon (;) ex: Carried Unanimously; Defeated Unanimously; Referred to Next Meeting You can also select which option, if any, should be applied to resolutions by default. |

Select whether the following fields should be applied to sub-categories for Consent Items. · Mover · Seconder · Result · Resolution Number |
