Updating a Meeting Profile - Administration

This section allows users to configure the permissions for administrators and contributors who will be working with this template:

  • Meeting Administrators: Users listed here have full control within all meeting sites of this type and do not have to be listed in the attendee group as an administrator.
  • Workflow Administrators: Users listed here are able to start, approve/reject, or edit workflow tasks.
  • Meeting Creation Administrators: Users listed here are able to create new meeting sites of this type.
  • Task Managers: Users listed here have full control over any tasks created in meetings of this type. 
  • Meeting Type Administrators: which users can manage this meeting type template. Users listed here will also receive an email notification when a report has been approved and is ready to be added to a meeting site.
  • Draft Report Viewers: which users can view draft reports that have been assigned to go into this meeting type (acts in addition to the departmental permissions on the individual report)
  • Approved Report Viewers: which users can view approved reports that have been assigned to go into this meeting type (acts in addition to the departmental permissions on the individual report)

To the right of each role will be a question mark icon that allows you to hover over displaying a definition of how each role is designed to be used for in eSCRIBE.
