Pre-meeting mode is for everything leading up to the beginning of the meeting, including building the agenda, preparing agenda packages, and publishing the meeting site.
Pre-Meeting mode is the default mode for any newly created meeting site, and can be accessed from anywhere in a meeting site by selecting Pre-Meeting from the Meeting Mode section of the eSCRIBE menu bar.
Alternatively, above the Agenda Navigation, there is a Drop Down menu that will allow you to easily switch meeting modes.
