If you are using Video Manager, upon publishing the meeting date, video will show Auto: On Video start. This means that when the meeting starts, the published meeting date will automatically be updated with a link to view the live stream. If you do not wish to have the live stream published automatically, click on the Auto: On Video Start link, and click Unpublish in the popup screen.

Once the meeting has been conducted, and an archived video exists, it must be published separately. When the archive feed is available, the video row will change to Video (Archived). Follow the same steps as above to publish.

Publishing the archived video will also publish any timestamps.
