eSCRIBE’s Visitor View is intended to provide users participant-like access to meetings, without needing to add each user to the meeting’s attendee group.
When a meeting type is set to Allow Visitor View (a setting controlled in the meeting profile), any users who are setup as Visitors in their assigned roles will be able to see that meeting site once it has been published for visitors.
Visitor view is very similar to Participant view and has many of the same features except for email notifications, custom uploads, Closed Session access, and Chair instructions, which are not available to visitors.
To publish to Visitors, select the Visitors tab on the publishing page, and publish the same way as for Participants, described above.
