This article explains the fields and settings found when updating a Meeting Profile in Meeting Mgmt. and editing Agenda Style Settings.

Explanation |

Agenda Content Type |
This field dictates what SharePoint content type should be used when creating PDF agenda packages. For most users, there is only one option in this dropdown. |
|
Agenda Page Size |
Page size for PDF agenda package. Options are: Letter, Legal or A4 |
|
Logo Path |
Logos that have been uploaded under the “Pictures/Logos” section under the “Other” menu bar option are available for inclusion onto the agenda. |
|
Logo Coordinates |
X and Y coordinates for the placement of the logo in the agenda package (if included). |
|
Alt Text |
Alternative Text should be added to describe the Logo, to improve accessibility of the document. |
|
Custom Settings for HTML logo |
Enabling this setting will allow you to determine where the Logo should be on the HTML Agenda Document. |
|
HTML Logo Coordinates |
If custom settings are enabled, use the Left and Top fields, in Pixels, to set where the Logo should be on the HTML Agenda Document.
Use the Zoom field to shrink the Logo as needed. |

Font |
Select the font to be used for the agenda package. |
Note: eSCRIBE supports a limited number of fonts. If your desired font is not available, please contact eSCRIBE support, and in most cases the font can be added in a future maintenance release. |

Main Heading Size |
Font size in points for the main heading of the document. |
|
Agenda TOC Header Font Size |
Font size in points for the agenda Table of Contents header. (This is the header that is shown on page 2-n of the agenda table of contents) |

Agenda TOC Footer Font Size |
Font size in points for the agenda Table of Contents footer. (This is the footer that is shown on page 2-n of the agenda table of contents) |

Agenda TOC Header on First Page? |
Select this option to display the header on agenda Table of Content’s first page. If unchecked, the header will only display on pages 2-n of the table of contents. |

Item Titles & Numbering · Level 1 Items · Level 2 Items · Level 3 Items |
Title Style: Should agenda item titles be bolded and/or underlined at levels 1, 2, and 3.
|
Note: If you have more than 3 levels in your agenda structure, the style of level 3 items will be repeated for all subsequent levels. |

Same Format to Description |
Apply the same formatting for agenda titles to their descriptions. This is used when descriptions are considered a part of the title, and is not a recommended practice. Titles should be as succinct as possible. |
|
Bond Agenda Title and Description |
Select whether agenda titles and their description are bonded (never allow a page break), in order to keep them together on the same page. |
|
Addendum Format |
Should items that are added after an agenda has been approved by noted by italics, or an asterisk? |
Note: Asterisk is recommended for accessibility reasons. |
|

Add Blank Pages |
Set each attachment to begin on a new page. This is used when agendas are printed on paper using 2-sided printing. |
|
TOC Grid Borders |
Should table borders be used for the table of contents. |
Note: This is not recommended for accessibility reasons. |
|

Sponsor |
Allows you to display Sponsor column in agenda package. |
|
Timer Value |
Allows you to display Timer Value column in agenda package. |
|
Pages |
Allows you to display Pages column in agenda package. |
|
Item Category |
Allows you to display item category column in agenda package. |
|
Closed Item Numbering |
Allows you to match the closed session item numbering with the open session item numbering. ex: if the closed session is item 4 on the agenda, then the first item in closed session might be 4a) If this setting is de-selected then the closed session numbering will restart count. ex: if the closed session is item 4 on the agenda, then the first item in closed session would be 1. |
