This article explains the fields and settings found when updating a Meeting Profile in Meeting Mgmt. and editing Agenda Detail Settings.

Agenda Title Alignment |
Alignment of the agenda title Options are Left, Center and Right. |

Bold Details |
Bolding the agenda details (attendee detail & special comments) in the agenda package. |

Show Labels |
Show the meeting details labels (Date, time, location) Example: Date: March 10, 2018 Time: 7:00 p.m. Location: Main Meeting Room |

Detail Alignment |
Alignment of the meeting details (date, time, location) Options are Left, Center and Right. |

|
Attendee Title Vertical Alignment |
Select where the attendance label (ex. Staff Present) should appear next to the listing of attendees on the agenda. Options are Top, Middle or Bottom. |

|
Line Separator |
Adds a black line separating the meeting details from the first agenda item. |
|||||||
|
Line Separator Size |
Select the length of the line separator. Options range from 0% to 100%. Ex. A range of 100% will create a line separator that stretches across the full length of the page. |

Separate Cover Page |
Start the first agenda item on a new page, this feature is used to create a title page for the agenda package. |

|
Paper Saving Mode |
Paper saving mode will try to save paper whenever possible, by adding as much content to the page as possible. If paper-saving mode is turned off, then page breaks are inserted at logical points, such as before a recommendation if the full recommendation text does not fit on the page. This can result in extra white-space at the bottom of pages. |

Bold the meeting labels (“Meeting Number” “Date:” “Time:” “Location:”) on the agenda. |

Show Meeting Number |
Display the meeting number on the agenda |

Show Meeting Date |
Display the meeting date on the agenda (format can be selected in subsequent setting). |

Show Meeting Time |
Display the meeting time on the agenda. Select a format option (start time only, or start time & end time). |

|
Meeting Date and Time Style |
Select whether to display the meeting date and time together on a single line together or on separate lines. |

|
Meeting Time Style |
Select the preferred option for time display. For example, “9:00” or “9” |

|
Time Abbreviation |
Select the preferred option for time abbreviation. For example, “AM/PM” or “a.m. / p.m.“ |

|
Default Time Override |
Override the meeting time on the agenda with defined text. (i.e., “Immediately Following the Committee Meeting”). This option sets a default for the meeting type, which can be overridden by an administrator when a meeting site is created. |

|
First Session Time Label |
If a meeting contains a second session, enter in a label that will be displayed next to the time of the first session. |

Second Session Time Label |
If a meeting contains a second session, enter in a label that will be displayed next to the time of the second session. |

|
Show Meeting Location |
Display the meeting location on the agenda. |

|
Attendance Information |
Display voting and/or non-voting members in the attendance information. |

|
Agenda Attendance Labels |
Labels for each grouping of attendees (if displayed), if different from defaults. Default values are: “Members” (voting participants), and “Staff” (non-voting participants). |

|
Attendance Layout |
Select this option to display attendance information in paragraph form. If unchecked, each attendee will be displayed on a separate line. |

Special Comments |
Additional text line in agenda package for announcements i.e.: “Please Turn off Cell Phones”. |

Signature Lines |
Select to include signature lines at the end of the package |
|||||||
|
Signature Line Display Name |
If signature lines are included, provide names to display under the signature lines. For multiple signature lines, use “;#” to separate names. For example, if we need signature lines for John Doe and Mary Smith, we have the following: John Doe;#Mary Smith For new lines, use “/n” For example, if we input “John Doe/nCity Clerk” then we get the following output: John Doe City Clerk |

Signature Lines Alignment |

Attendee Grouping |
Select the grouping of the attendance information. Options are:

Additional Column |
Select if the Additional Information column should be displayed in the attendance section of the agenda. This can only be displayed if attendees are not displayed in Paragraph form. |
