This article explains the fields and settings found when updating a Meeting Profile in Meeting Mgmt. and editing Page Number Settings.

Field

Explanation

Page Numbers for Table of Contents (TOC)

Controls whether table of contents pages are numbered. If this is not checked, then the first attachment will be numbered as page 1.

Page Numbers for Attachments

Controls whether page numbering appears on the attachments within the package, or the table of contents only

Continuous Page Numbering

Controls whether page numbering continues from table of contents through to the attachments, or if the attachments should be numbered separately, starting at page 1.

Page Numbering Position

 

Alignment of the page numbers.
Horizontal alignment options are Left, Center, and Right.

Vertical alignment options are Top and Bottom.

TOC Leading Page Number

Characters that appear before the page number on the table of contents.

TOC Trailing Page Number

Characters that appear after the page number on the table of contents.

Appendix Leading Page Number

Characters that appear before the page number on the attachment package.

Appendix Trailing Page Number

Characters that appear after the page number on the attachment package.

Page Number Style

Option to set the pagination format to a simple page number or Page X of X

Page Index Style

Option to set the page indexing in the agenda Table of Contents. Options include Start, Start – End, and Qualified Inclusive (just the start page for a single page document, but start-end time for multiple page documents)

Bookmark Style

This will give you the option to choose on how you want the agenda item bookmark to be displayed in the PDF agenda package. Options are Agenda Item Title or Attachment Name.

Bookmark Inherit Zoom

Controls whether bookmarks inherit zoom when viewing the PDF? If this is not checked, zoom level will be reset each time a user selects a bookmark.

Limit Item Bookmarks

If multiple attachments are present on an item, this setting creates only one bookmark to the first attachment. This is commonly selected if “Agenda Item Title” is selected for Bookmark style

Back to Agenda

Controls whether to display bookmarks to return to the agenda (table of contents) after each bookmark.

Back to Agenda Label

The label to be used for “Back to agenda” bookmarks in the agenda package.
