eSCRIBE’s Webcasting Plus module allows the live streaming and archiving of any meeting, and also allows you to easily timestamp the video against agenda items, for publishing to the web.
This guide is intended for any portal and meeting administrators who are interested in setting up and managing video encoders, as well as conducting video-enabled meetings.
When using the eSCRIBE Video Streaming service, a piece of hardware called an Encoder is required. Once installed and configured, this encoder can be started and stopped directly from the eSCRIBE meeting, in Conduct Meeting mode. Video encoders are added and configured by Portal Admins.
