You can manage encoders from the Video Manager option under Other on the menu bar.

This Video Manager page will display a list of all encoders, as well as a list of Video sources, both of which are described later in this section.

The encoder list displays a list of all encoders, as well as their current streaming and recording statuses.  It also provides a link to quickly view the live stream, so you can see what is streaming before activating the stream.
