Any eSCRIBE meeting type can be video enabled, simply by enabling it in in the meeting profile, via the Meeting Management section of the eSCRIBE Portal.

From the left-hand menu navigation, select Meeting Management and Update under the meeting type of choice to display settings for the Meeting.

In the meeting settings, click Video, then select whether video should be enabled for open and/or closed sessions.

Video Settings are located Under Meeting 🡪 Meeting Settings.

Note: Choose which session of the meeting you wish to record. If the Closed session is setup as a Special Action, it can be recorded for internal purposes only. The Closed Session Sub Meeting Site is not able to be published to the website, so a Live Stream will not appear when the meeting is being recorded.

Once a meeting type has been enabled, recording controls will appear for administrators as long as a location with an encoder is selected.
