eSCRIBE Attendee Groups

Another important building block within an eSCRIBE Portal is the Attendee Group. Attendee groups are selected when creating a meeting site, and are used to:

  • Populate Roll-Call
  • Provide permissions to users needing to access the meeting site
  • Provide an attendee profile, consisting of attendee type, voting profile )if applicable), chair responsibilities, and other important information

Through eSCRIBE’s Attendee Management screens, administrators can easily create, edit, copy and delete eSCRIBE Attendee Groups. These screens can be accessed by selecting “Groups” from the “Attendee Management” section of the eSCRIBE menu bar, as shown below.
