If you are looking to create a new attendee group please see Updating, Deleting, or Copying Attendee Groups

If you are looking to add attendees to an already existing attendee group, please follow the instructions below.

Ensure that the attendee group is selected, and click the Addition button to enter Addition mode. By default, the Attendee Management page is set to Addition mode.

To add an attendee, first enter the Attendee's name in the People Picker field, verify they exist as a user, and then click the Populate button to fill in the attendees First and Last Name, email, and how they appear on the Agenda and Minutes Documents. This information comes from the User's Profile under Attendee Mgmt Forms or ADFS Users. Select the appropriate settings for the attendee in the group and click Add

Note: All eScribe Administrators must be listed in the attendee as an Admin to create meetings. The option to display attendee groups will not appear otherwise.

If you wish to add this Attendee to meeting sites that have already been created, select the Upcoming Sites option.

Once the form has been saved the Attendee Group will be automatically updated with the new Attendee, and the updated list of attendees will be displayed on the right-side of the screen.

Repeat for each additional new Attendee.

For an explanation of each field please see Attendee Profile - Field Explanation

Note: If this attendee should be added to future meetings which have already been created, ensure that the “Upcoming Sites” option is selected, as noted above. Otherwise the attendee will have to be added manually to any existing meeting sites. Attendees must be added manually to any historical meetings.
