The eSCRIBE Meeting Site is where an agenda is built for a specific meeting date, and where all functionality is carried out for that particular meeting.
The following screen is a typical layout of an eSCRIBE Meeting Site.

1 – eSCRIBE Menu Bar |
This dropdown style menu provides access to all functionality within the eSCRIBE Meeting Site. |

2 – Link to Closed Session
|
If the meeting has a closed session, click here to access the Closed Session. When in closed session, a similar link exists to return to open session. |

3 – Meeting Structure |
This list displays the meeting’s items. Each item in the meeting structure is a link, which can be clicked to view that item’s details. |

4 – Item Details |
Displays the details for the agenda item selected in the agenda-navigation |
|
5 – New Button |
Click the New button which will display a pop up menu, which will allow you to create a New Category, New Attendee (Adding an Attendee to the Meeting Site), New Decision (Resolution, Recommendation, Motion, Election) |
| 6 – Save | Save changes to the item’s details. |
