This article explains the fields found when adding or editing an Agenda Item's Details.

Field

Explanation

Item Title

The main agenda title for this agenda item that will be displayed in the public agenda.

Note: If the meeting contains a closed session sub-meeting, items placed in the closed session will also display a Closed Title, which is displayed only in the closed session sub-meeting.

Description

The description field displays below the item’s title on the agenda. It may contain further details for the agenda item, for example: presenter information, by-law details, etc.

Note: If the meeting contains a closed session sub-meeting, items placed in the closed session will also display a Closed Description, which is displayed only in the closed session sub-meeting.

Sponsor

Person responsible for this agenda item. This field may or may not appear on the agenda.

Note: you can enter more than 1 sponsor by using semi-colons (;) to separate names.

Department/Branch

The department or branch responsible for this agenda item.

Conflicts

Displays any conflicts for this agenda item. Also provides the ability to add and edit conflicts.   See section: “Conducting the Meeting - Conflicts”

Supporting Documents

Attachments to the agenda item can be uploaded and deleted from here

Awaiting Attachments

If this agenda item is still waiting attachments. If this field is selected, a warning will appear in the meeting site when in Pre-meeting mode.

Changes Required

If changes are required for this agenda item. If this field is selected, a warning will appear in the meeting site when in Pre-meeting mode.
