Typically, during the conducting of a meeting, common resolution details can be changed directly on the right-hand side of the screen, without the need to click the Edit icon.

These details include Resolution number, mover, seconder and result.

For all other functions such as changing the resolution text, adding pre or post resolution text, or marking as a consent item, please click on the edit icon and make your changes there.

For most resolutions, simply choose a mover, seconder and result. Alternatively, if using eSCRIBE’s Vote Manager, you can click Open to vote to start the electronic voting process.

Alternatively, During the Meeting, an Administrator or Chairperson has the option requests for a Mover/Seconder before Opening the Vote. Participants will be asked to click Move or Second on the Meetings Professional Apps to submit. Administrators can determine if an Administrator/Chairperson will pick the Mover/Seconder from the requests, or if the first person to click Move/Second will be the Mover/Seconder. This is done in the Meeting Type Configuration.

Click Move/Second to allow Voting Members to submit their names as a Mover/Seconder. If a Voting Member submits as a Mover, they cannot submit as a Seconder.
