To create a consent vote, simply select a Parent category ( with a vote prepopulated)  and then select Consent from bottom of the Add/Edit Vote screens.

Select the moved by, seconded by and the result in order to push those values  to all child items beneath the parent. In order for sub items to capture details such as moved by, seconded by and result - each sub item requires a vote.  Use the Include checkbox above the list of sub-items to include all sub-items as part of the consent vote.

Sub-items that are part of the consent vote are noted with a bolded red circle, and items sub-items that are not part of the consent vote (ex: have been lifted from consent), are noted with a non-bolded red circle. Items on the agenda without votes will not inherit moved by, seconded by and result.

Clicking on the thicker red circle will lift or pull the item from the Consent Vote for discussion. Doing this will automatically move the item to the end of the list of items in the Post Minutes Package. The item also must be dealt with separately by adding a Vote to the item that was lifted.

To remove a consent motion, repeat the steps above and select Not Consent.
