Begin by ensuring the meeting is published (see Internet Publishing - Meeting Date ), once published a "Delegation" icon will appear in the meetings list as shown below.

Note: This "Delegation" link, can be replaced by a link of your choice on your main website, if you choose to direct all website visitors to submit delegations through an existing link on your website. Contact eSCRIBE support to disable this default link displayed below.

Note: Once the "Delegation Request Deadline" configured above for this meeting has been reached, the icon to submit a Delegation Request will automatically disappear from the Internet Publishing page.

Clicking on the "Delegation Request" icon will pop up a standard form as shown below (the form is a secure web form). Once the delegation request form is submitted, it will automatically appear in the "Delegations" web parts on the eSCRIBE portal for Admins to approve and place into a meeting.

Note: the text in the yellow box below can be configured during your Delegation Request setup with eSCRIBE. The branding from your Internet Publishing pages will be inherited from those settings.

Once the form is submitted, a confirmation message will appear to the user before they close the window, and an email is also sent. The text on this confirmation page as well as the confirmation email can be configured during your setup.
