From within a meeting site, click Documents  Publish then select the Internet tab to publish to the internet publishing module.

Note: The Delegations Request form is a feature of the Internet Publishing module, if you do not see the Internet tab, then your eSCRIBE site does not have Internet Publishing enabled. Contact eSCRIBE to add this module.

Click the black circle indicator to the right of Meeting Date to publish the meeting. Once you publish the meeting, the circle indicator will turn green.

Note: If the Meeting Date  indicator is already green, then the meeting site is already published.

Once the Meeting is Published, the Delegation Request link will be available to Members of the Public through the eSCRIBE Internet Publishing page.
