Select the document(s) you wish to create, and click Prepare.

Additional details such as headers, and special comments can be added by expanding the Details section, and completing desired fields before clicking Prepare.

Note: Reminder that by default, only items that were selected during conduct meeting are shown in the minutes, and they are displayed in the order in which they were clicked. This setting can be overridden.

Once the minute document has been generated, you will see information about when the document was created. To view the document, click View and the document will open in Microsoft Word.

Note: Although the Minutes document is in an editable format, it is not recommended that the Word document be edited directly, as this could cause information to fall out of sync with the eSCRIBE Meeting site, which ultimately drives HTML publishing, and future reporting.
