Additional details such as headers, and special comments can be added by expanding the Details section, and completing desired fields before clicking Prepare.

Header Position |
Select the position for the page-header (if included). Options are Left, Center, Right, or left and right. |

Header Details / Header Details Right |
Enter the details to be included in the page header. Leave blank for no page header If “Left and right” is selected for header position, a second text-box will appear for the header on the right. |

Header Drop |
Select this option to remove the header from the first page. |

Footer Position |

Footer Details / Footer Details Right |

Page Numbering |
Select this option to include page numbers in the Minutes document |

Page Number Location |
Select the location for page numbers. Options are Header or Footer. |

Page Number Position |
Where in the header or footer should the page numbers be displayed. Options are left, center, right. |

Page Number Pretext |
Enter text to be displayed before the page numbers. |

Page Number Start |
Enter a starting value for page numbers. The default value is 1. |

New Page for Signatures |
Select to have signature lines appear on a separate page (if included) |

Agenda Order |
Should items be displayed in agenda order, instead of meeting order? |
|
Items Not Visited |
If items are displayed in agenda order, this option will display all items, even those that weren’t visited during conduct meeting mode. |

Post Minutes |
If this option is selected, motions with no result will be displayed with a blank result. If it is unchecked, motions with no result will not be displayed in the minutes. |
|
Special Comments |
Special comments to appear on the agenda, after meeting details but before the first item. |
