Setting up a User as a Meeting Type, Meeting, and Attendee Group Administrator allows the user to be listed specifically to be able to manage the configuration of specific Meeting Types, Attendee Groups, as well as the ability to create and conduct specific meetings.
NOTE: Meeting Administrators will also be able to Manage Reports for particular meetings that they manage, being released in Q1 2020. Please check Release Notes for updates.
Meeting Type Administrators need to be added to each Meeting Type that they are intended to manage. As a Meeting Type Administrator, they will be able to manage settings for that particular Meeting Type (Update Settings and the Agenda Structure) as well as see all related meetings.
In order for an Administrator to be able to Create Meetings and use this meeting type, the Administrator should be listed under Meeting Creation Administrators.
NOTE: Portal Administrators do not have to be listed here in order to manage the meeting as they already have full access to the site.
Meeting Administrators will need to be added to an Attendee Group as an Administrator, in order to manage related meetings. Meeting Administrators can also be added on a case by case basis to meeting site attendee lists.
NOTE: Users can be Meeting Administrators without being Meeting Type Administrators, this means that they will be only able to use Meeting Types as they already exist, without making changes to the Meeting Type template.
Attendee Group Administrators must be setup as an Administrator in a particular attendee group, in order to make changes to the group. To assign an Attendee Group Administrator, select an Attendee Group, and choose the Update option underneath the group.
Add the users, who are Attendee Group Administrators, who can manage this group. Portal Administrators do not have to be listed here in order to manage the group.
