Portal Administrator/Administrator
Users must have the Portal Administrator or Administrator role checked in the Create/Edit user screen.
Meeting Administrator
Meeting administrators must have the appropriate role checked in the Create/Edit user screen.
Additionally, in order to see a meeting site, Meeting administrators need to be added to the meeting as an administrator.
Meeting Type Administrator/ Attendee Group Administrator
Meeting and meeting Type administrators must have the appropriate role checked in the Create/Edit user screen. This will give the users access to the menu items for meeting and attendee management.
Additionally, these users must be added to the meeting profiles and attendee groups that they are allowed to edit.
To add or remove individual Administrators for specific Meeting Types:
- Go to Meeting Management
- Select a Meeting Type
- Click on Update to modify the meeting profile
- Expand Administration section
- Add users into the appropriate Administrator Roles
- Click on Update

To add or remove individual Administrators for specific Attendee Groups:
- Go to Attendee Management
- Select a specific Attendee Group
- Click on Update underneath the Attendee Group
The screen below will appear.
- Add users into the appropriate Administrator Role
- Click on Update to save
