Creating an item in closed session within an Open Session Agenda will provide for two titles: Open Title (will appear on the open session agenda) and Closed Title (will appear on closed session agenda) and two Descriptions: Open Description (will appear on the open session agenda) and Closed Description (will appear on the closed session agenda only).

Adding items to the Special Action - Closed Session Category "IN CAMERA" in this case, allows the use of the Open Title and Open Description. However, you can add separate Categories to the Closed Session, making items more private however this eliminates the use of Open Title and Open Descriptions. Categories and Items not created under the Special Action - Closed Session Category, will not be shown on the Open Session Agenda.

Additionally, you can also change the Numbering of the Closed Session to be separate, starting from #1, or match the Open Session starting from #14, for example. See the article Updating a Meeting Profile - Agenda Style Settings and look to the bottom of the list for Closed Session Numbering.
