By selecting Create Agenda Item, the resulting screen allows administrators to verify and or modify the information that was extracted from the report. Look for the Closed Session indicator which also lists the reason(s) that this report is confidential.

The Reason(s) can be copied and pasted for use in other fields such as the Description which will show on the Open Session Agenda.

Scroll down, and choose the Category where this item will be created. If using the Special Action - Closed Session, choose the Special Action - Closed Session Category.

There is flexibility here, where Administrators can add the report to any Category, in case the report was submitted as Confidential but is in fact not. In this case, choose another Category where the item should be created. Click Save and OK in the Confirmation pop up that appears.
