Roll Call Widget

The roll-call widget makes it easy to track attendance as participants come and go during the meeting. It is still recommended that the standard roll call screen be used to capture initial meeting attendance, as it can be accomplished with fewer clicks.

To access the roll-call widget, click on the icon beside Roll Call on the eSCRIBE Menu bar when the menu bar is expanded.

A Real Time Roll Call pop up will appear which can be dragged and dropped anywhere on the screen.

Each attendee is listed with a color-coded circle, indicating their attendance status as follows:

  • Black: User is ABSENT from the meeting. Has not yet been marked In at this meeting.
  • Green: User is currently present at the meeting.
  • Red: User is out of the meeting, but not absent. I.e., they have been checked in at this meeting, but since checked-out.

A user’s attendance status can be changed by clicking the circle beside their name.

To mark an attendee In, click on the black or red circle icon. The circle will turn green, indicating that the attendee’s status has changed to in.

To mark an attendee Out click on the Green circle icon. The circle will turn to red, indicating that the attendee’s status has changed to out.
