Before conducting roll call, ensure you are in "Conduct Meeting mode."

Before an eSCRIBE meeting can be conducted, a roll call must be completed. eSCRIBE uses this roll call information both for voting, as well as for output in the Minute document.

To complete the initial roll-call for the meeting, select Roll Call, just above the first item in the agenda.

Roll-call can also be selected by clicking the Roll Call option on the eSCRIBE Menu bar.

In the roll-call popup that is displayed, simply check the In checkbox beside the individuals you wish to mark as present. The actual time that the roll-call was initiated will be displayed as the default arrival time. This value can be changed manually, if desired. The All In checkbox can be used as well, highlighted below at the top of the attendance list. Clicking this checkbox will select all users.

Other meeting attendees can be entered freely into the Others box as desired. This list may be included in the meeting minutes.
