Capturing Closed Session Minutes and Votes within an Open Session

When capturing both minutes and resolution details, the option to bring forward the minutes and/or the vote(s) for that item into the open session minutes is possible.

If left unchecked, the minutes and/or vote(s) will only appear in the closed session minutes. If checked, the selected information will also appear in the open session minutes for that item.

If using eSCRIBE's Vote Manager Module, open the vote as per normal by selceting Open to voting (same functionality as the Open Session) but be sure to take Roll Call first to ensure all Voting Members are present.
