This article explains the fields and settings found when updating a Meeting Profile in Meeting Mgmt. and editing Minutes Style Settings.

Field

Explanation

Minutes Content Type

This field dictates what SharePoint content type should be used when creating the Minutes document. For most users, there is only one option in this dropdown.

Minutes Page Size

Page size for Minutes document. Options are: Letter, Legal or A4

Show Logo

Display the logo in the minutes document.

Alt Text

Alternative Text should be added to the Logo, to improve accessibility of the document

Logo Path

Logos that have been uploaded under the “Pictures/Logos” section under the “Other” menu bar option are available for inclusion onto the Minutes document.

Logo Coordinates

X and Y coordinates for the placement of the logo in the minutes document (if a logo is being used)

Use Exact Coordinates for Word Document

This will place the Logo on the Minutes Word Document, using the Logo Coordinates above, giving more control as to where the Logo should appear in the Post Minutes Package.

Inline Logo

This setting will appear if the setting, Use Exact Coordinates for Word Document, is enabled. This will put the logo on the same line as the Document Title, in the Post Minutes Package.

Custom Settings for HTML logo

Enabling this setting will allow you to determine where the Logo should be on the HTML Minutes Document.

HTML Logo Coordinates

Use the Left and Top fields, in Pixels, to set where the Logo should be on the HTML Minutes Document. Use the Zoom field to shrink the Logo as needed.

Font

Select the font to be used for the agenda package.

Note: eSCRIBE supports a limited number of fonts. If your desired font is not available, please contact eSCRIBE support, and in most cases the font can be added in a future maintenance release.

Default Font size

Font size in points.

Click “Apply to all” to set other font-size options to this value.

Default Paragraph Spacing

Default spacing to be used between paragraphs. Options are 1.0, 1.5, 2.5 etc.

Microsoft Word’s default value is 1.15

Page Header Size

Font size in points for the document header.

Page Footer Size

Font size in points for the document footer.

Minutes Titles and Body

·         Level 1 Items

·         Level 2 Items

·         Level 3 Items

Number Style: Numbering option that will allow you to choose a Number or Letter format for minute items.

Parent Number: Set the sub-number option to show/hide for each level.

 

Title Style: Should item titles be bolded, Italicized and/or underlined at levels 1, 2, and 3. Font-size can also be set

 

Body Style: Should item contents be bolded, Italicized and/or underlined at levels 1, 2, and 3. Font-size can also be set

Note: If you have more than 3 levels in your agenda structure, the style of level 3 items will be repeated for all subsequent levels.
