Whether connecting via the Web Portal, iPad app, or Windows app, participants are only able to view meeting content that has been published by a meeting administrator.

To publish the meeting site, select the Publish link in the Action column of the Portal line. Once the meeting site has been published, participants will be able to view the agenda and all attachments, and use any of the features that have been enabled for the meeting type.

Administrators can then click the Notify button on the line to Notify Participants that the meeting site has been published (the agenda is now available to be viewed). There will be a pop up window to allow Administrators to edit the email that will be sent to Participants. This email comes from an E-Mail Template which can be configured.

Note: eSCRIBE Meeting Sites are configured to automatically secure attachments (convert to PDF) as they are uploaded. As a result, no action needs to be taken on this page. If the Meeting Site configuration is changed so that attachments are NOT automatically secured upon uploading, then they will need to be secured here at the time of publishing.

In the bottom section of the page, you can select which prepared documents to publish to the participant portal. When you publish a document to the participant portal, it will be available for download by meeting participants. To unpublish any prepared document, click the Published button to unpublish.
