This links in this article will guide you through the steps you will need to take to configure your Microsoft Word (2010 or later) document to become an eSCRIBE Report template. By following these steps, the Report title, Recommendation, and Descriptions within the report can be extracted and populated directly into your agenda/minutes.

Before getting started, please do the following:

  • Remove any special formatting or macros that may exist in the document as it may conflict with the extracting of the Report document text into a meeting.
  • You will need the Developer tab in MS Word to be enabled. If you do not see the Developer tab in your version of MS Word, it can be enabled by visiting this how-to article: Adding Developer tab to MS Word
