Administrators can be setup to only help manage all reports in eSCRIBE, without having access to any meeting sites. In order to allow a user to manage all reports, the user will need to be setup as an Administrator in eSCRIBE.

The Administrator role has full access to all reports in eSCRIBE, but can only see and make changes to a Meeting Site where they are listed as an Attendee and have been given access through Publishing.

Administrators can approve reports on behalf of Contributors, or override reports as needed, by using the Action Log Approvals section of eSCRIBE.
