Public Comments is an add-on module for all organizations that are using Internet Publishing Plus, and who wish to receive and publish public comments from citizens before, during and/or after meetings. Citizens are able to leave a comment on an agenda item. Administrators can also optionally disable submission of comments on agenda items.
