Administrators can create additional Contributor Accounts in the event a user leaves the organization and a new user need to be added or simply to have a backup account as Contributor to assist staff when rolling out eScribe.
Toolbar> Attendee Management> Forms Users
In the next screen, enter the username, Name as it appears in eScribe and email address of the user.
By assigning the user role of Contributor, this provides users access to functionality such as drafting reports and starting workflows. If Administrators would like Contributors (staff) to also see a list of available meetings, the role of "Visitor" can also be checked off. This provides Contributors the ability to see all meetings and access the agenda in their view of eScribe and also does not require staff to be listed in the attendee groups. If there are additional questions on best practices, please reach out to your CSM or Implementation Consultant.
Reports can still be created if administrators choose not to use the Visitor role. Please see related link below on how to enable the Visitor role and publish to Visitors.
