When the workflow is paused, it can be filtered in the Documents section of eSCRIBE. If the Approval in Progress status is filtered, then workflows that are paused will also display. 

The workflow history will also update to reflect in the event of a pause and in the event of a resume. The workflow history will also include: 

1. The user who paused or resumed the workflow 
2. Date and time of the event
