To access the Departments and other administration functions, select the appropriate link from the Other drop down on the eSCRIBE menu bar. 

Departments can be used to classify agenda items and reports, and also play an important role in assigning permissions within the Report Manager module.

Note: Report Manager is an optional module – if your organization does not have Report Manager please contact sales@escribemeetings.com for information.

Departments can be further broken down into sub-departments, or “Branches”. To use Branches, the option must be configured via the “Report Manager Settings” menu option. Customers who wish to use Branches, but are not using the Report Manager module, should contact eSCRIBE support for assistance with enabling this feature.
