Contributor - Managing Report Permissions

As a report is created or uploaded into Report Manager, default permissions are automatically applied based on the selected department as configured in eSCRIBE. In some cases (based on the users’s permission level), contributors are able to modify these permissions as required.

To edit the permissions for a report, select Manage Permissions in the report’s dropdown menu.

Additional users can be added by entering their name in the people-picker, and clicking Add.

Any user’s permissions can also be modified from this screen, simply by checking the appropriate button. To remove a user’s permissions, simply select the Remove option for that user and click Save.

The different permission levels are outlined below:
