eSCRIBE's Report Center is a great way to generate reports on any information that is captured throughout a meeting.

Note: By default the Report Center is available to all users. Information contained within the Report Center is specific to users who are Participants in a meeting site. *Any user who is part of an Attendee Group will have access to the meeting information in the Report Center.
If you wish to have the Report Center module option removed for non-administrators in your organization, please contact Support.

To access Report Center, select the option from the eSCRIBE menu, a number of different types of reports will be available for viewing:

  • Meetings - report on all of the meetings created in the system
  • Agenda Items - report on all of the agenda items created in the system
  • Attendees - report on meeting attendees in the system
  • Roll Call - report on the roll call logs (attendance) for meeting attendees
  • Resolutions - report on all resolutions for meetings
  • Tasks - report on all tasks created in the system with the comments that support the task.
  • Voting - report on voting records for a particular attendee
  • Referred Items - report on any items referred from meetings

Once the report is generated, there are a number of filters and sorting options that can be applied to change the Group By drop down, to group the information by different criteria.
