When the Secret Ballot option is selected during creation of an election, all votes will be recorded anonymously. During voting, the Meeting Administrator can only see who is voting, not how they voted. On the Vote Manager control panel, Administrators will see each incoming vote (regardless of the choice selected) will be displayed as "Voted".
