An eSCRIBE meeting site can be published separately to multiple different locations, at different times.

Options for publishing vary from portal to portal, but can include:

• Participants (setup as eSCRIBE Participant users)
• Internet (using Internet Publishing module, connected with website)
• Visitors (setup as eSCRIBE users that are NOT listed as attendees)
• Other (custom configuration with EDRMS)

To view publishing screens, select Publish from the Documents section of the eSCRIBE Menu bar in a meeting site, then select the appropriate tab for the location to which you are publishing.
