Click the Edit button beside each notification template

The following screen will popup:

The subject and body of the e-mail template can be modified to include custom text. In addition, smart tags can be applied to both subject and body to include meeting specific information in an e-mail. Simply click on the smart tag you wish to insert, to place the smart tag information where the cursor is in the popup window.

Click Save to finish
