The most straightforward way to add an item to an agenda is to add it directly from the eSCRIBE meeting site.

To add a new agenda item, first select the parent item from the agenda navigation. The new item will become a sub-item to the item selected here.

Note: If you would like the item to be a first level item, hover on the New button and select Category (see Add Additional Agenda Categories).

When that item’s details load on the right-hand side of the screen, hover over the New button to the bottom right of the item's details, and select the Item button in the list.

Fill in the requested details as necessary, and save the new item. For an explanation on the fields found on the form, please see this explanation: Add Agenda Items in an eSCRIBE Meeting Site - Field Explanation

There are 2 options when saving a new agenda item:

Save Item allows you to quickly add the new agenda item, leaving the original category selected. Another agenda item can be added immediately.

Save and Edit allows you to add the new agenda item and then brings up the details for the newly added agenda item for you to edit.
