Adding Agenda Items from the eSCRIBE Portal

The Incoming Agenda Items web part is used to hold agenda items which have not yet been assigned to a specific meeting date.

An item can end up in the Incoming Agenda Items list in 3 ways:

  1. eSCRIBE administrator creates a new agenda item directly from the eSCRIBE Portal site, and does not select a meeting date.
  2. eSCRIBE Contributors submit an Agenda Item Request
  3. Agenda items can be deferred/referred from an eSCRIBE meeting to the eSCRIBE Portal, instead of directly to an upcoming meeting.

You can see an agenda item’s history by selecting the View link in the Item History column. This history will show what has happened to that agenda item. For example, how it was created, and who has modified it.

To move an item from the Incoming Agenda Items list into an eSCRIBE meeting site, click Item Action from the selected item’s dropdown menu.
