Please contact support for assistance in configuring report numbering. The following configuration details are provided for information purposes only. 

Options will appear to allow Administrators to reset the automatic number counters for the year. For example, an organization might want to start their report numbers at "140" for the year 2019 due to the fact that they have already been assigning report numbers outside of eSCRIBE for reports #1-139 for that year.

From the Report Manager option on the eSCRIBE Menu Bar, select Settings.

The Report number can be included in the report file name. Thus, if smart tags that contain unsupportable file name characters (e.g. '#', ':', etc) if used, will result in the file not being generated
