Administrator - Deactivating or Deleting an Existing Report Template

Report templates that you no longer need can be “deactivated.” By deactivating the report template, it will no longer appear as an option when creating a new report.

To Deactivate a Report Template:

Select the Report Template and choose the Deactivate button.

Once a report is deactivated, it will be listed, and once selected the Activate button will appear.

This report template is available for you to re-activate later by selecting it from the Deactivated area and selecting Activate

To Delete a Report Template:

Please Note: You CAN NOT delete a report template that has previously been used to create a report. Once it has been used, it can only be deactivated.

Choose the report template name from the dropdown menu and select Delete.

Please Note: You will be given a prompt to confirm that you would like to delete this report. Once the report template is deleted,it cannot be restored.
