Working with the Agenda Structure/Template

The agenda structure is an important part of an eSCRIBE Meeting Type to standardize the meeting and help save time when creating a new meeting. While it is not required, failure to create an agenda structure as part of the meeting type will result in an empty agenda each time a meeting is created.

Administrators can save time by properly configuring an agenda structure with all the reoccurring elements of that meeting as this is the starting point for each meeting and will not have to be recreated for every meeting.

Some examples of items that can be created in an Agenda Template are Minutes, Resolutions, Descriptions, and Agenda Categories (Parent, Child, and Grandchild).
