Certain agenda items may have special functionality tied to them, such as declaring conflicts of interest, adding late items, or identifying a Closed Session. The following table outlines each of the special actions that are available in eSCRIBE when editing a Meeting Type.

Late Items |
This agenda item is used to add late items to the agenda or delete items from the agenda during an eSCRIBE meeting. Added items will be included in the appropriate section of the Agenda in addition to being listed in this section for reference. Removed items will be shown in their original location on the Agenda with a strike through in addition to being listed in this section for reference. |
| Open Pecuniary Interest |
This agenda item is used to declare pecuniary interests on open session agenda items. When using this special action, individuals marked in this section will be removed as voting members on appropriate items and listed under this category of the Agenda for reference. |

| Closed Session |
If this special action is present, a closed meeting site will be created. This agenda item will serve as the link between open and closed session. Items added to the closed session site will be displayed as sub-items underneath this agenda item.
