Meeting Management:

• An expected error occurred when signing into the system
• When adding a user to the Administration section of the meeting type, users in the existing list were being removed
• Within a meeting site when viewing the settings, the video encoder field was unable to load the list of encoders
• On the public display a grey line was appearing on the vote results screen
• On the public display the logo for an active item appeared squished
• The logo appeared enlarged when casting an item to the public display
• On the public display the screen was not refreshing and auto-updating when the vote was cancelled
• The public display flashed and showed a grey screen when sharing via Google Meet
• Within the closed session, the agenda PDF bookmarks were not matching the item number from the open session
• Within the agenda package, the attendance labels were cut-off
• French characters with accents were being converted to special character symbols in the agenda packages
• When preparing the full agenda package, the packages would periodically not contain attachments
• A PPTX document appeared incorrectly within the agenda PDF and HTML packages
